Interior White lower VOC Oil-Based Primer, Sealer, and Stain Blocker is ideal for sealing porous surfaces to provide better paint coverage, as well as for blocking water, smoke and tannin stains and sealing most odors. Its lower VOC formula creates an excellent base coat for latex or oil-based paint and can be used on almost any interior surface, such as furniture, drywall, plaster, woodwork, paneling, wallpaper, masonry, brick and painted metal. It is easily applied with brush, spray or roller and dries in approximately 2 hours.
